To enable us to give you a precise quotation we would require which bag from our collection you are looking at and the quantity. In the case of a customized bag, we would need basic details such as size, shape, color, material, length of the handle, the artwork file along the quantity needed. We would also need the address where you would like us to ship the order, along with shipping preference (sea, air, road, rail, etc ). As we receive the details our team would put together a quotation and share it within one working day.
6. How much do the bags cost?
The prices rely upon various factors. The customers need to share detailed requirements such as fabric type, bag size, quantity, handle type along with the artwork. After receiving the details we will share the final quotation within 1 business day.
7. Can I customize my own bag?
Yes, in case you are unable to find your desired bag from our wide range of collections. All you need to do is email us what you desire along with the targeted budget. And we will get your bag designed.
8. Can I get a sample product?
Yes, we do comprehend the customer's need for a sample, and we do furnish samples but with an additional cost to it. Depending on the bag category and design the customer is looking for, we can share the cost of the sample and ship it accordingly samples.
9. Can I place a small quantity order?
Sorry, we do not accept small quantity orders. We accept orders of a minimum of 500 pieces onwards.
10. What are the payment terms of your company?
As per our company policy, we request customers to pay 50% advance after approval of samples and balance before shipping of the order.

The time taken to complete a batch depends on the quantity of the order. Roughly most of the orders can be shipped in 2-3 weeks. If you have any timeline requirements you can let us know and we will eagerly accommodate any reasonable request.

If you need your products in a hurry then your order can be fast-tracked at an additional charge.
15. What is your quality check like?
We inspect our raw material before purchase to make sure it is of the highest quality. After which we commence the production. After the production batch is complete the bags undergo a needle test to check their durability. After which the whole batch is inspected by a third-party agency and it is once again inspected by our internal team before shipping.
16. What kind of packaging policy do you follow?
Each product is packed depending on the size and style. These are packed in good-quality inner corrugated boxes. After that packed into master corrugated boxes. Appropriate precaution is taken at the time of packaging to avoid damage during shipments. Customized packaging is also provided.
