Eco bags international has developed an easy and simple ordering chain with everything incorporated in it, with customers' first approach.
ECO-BAGS INTERNATIONAL'S HASSLE-FREE ORDER PLACEMENT CHAIN :
- Inquiry and Quotation: once the customer places an inquiry with us, the concerned person from our team verifies the stock and reverts along with a quotation for the quantity requested.
- Sampling: If the customers agree with the quotation, they can place their order and make prompt payment for a sample bag. We then start manufacturing the sample bag per the given requirements.
- Sample Approval: The sample is then shown to the customer and once we get final approval, the customer can place the final order with us.
- Bulk Ordering: We accept bulk orders only, therefore an order of lesser than 500 pieces is not accepted.
- 50% Payment: To enable us to start manufacturing, we request our customers to make an advance payment of 50% of the total transaction value.
- Quality Check: After the bulk order is successfully produced and finished, we process your order through a series of quality checks both internally and externally to ensure the highest quality bags.
- Final Payment and Shipment: We notify the customers once production is completed and request to clear the balance of 50% of the payment. Once the balance is cleared we ship the order to the given address.
